The website enquiry form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, broad city, the nature of your enquiry, your message and your required contact consent. Receipt is confirmed only after the information has been accepted by our system.

Optional recent-enquiry display

You may separately choose to allow an anonymized notification showing only your initials, broad city, enquiry category and genuine submission time. This choice is optional and does not affect our response to your enquiry. Your full name, phone number, email address and message are never included in that notification.

How information is used

Information you share is used to understand your enquiry, assess whether we can assist, contact you through your chosen method, arrange a consultation and communicate about an agreed investigation.

  • We do not use enquiry information to create public case studies.

Third-party communication services

Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails are also handled by the relevant telephone, messaging or email provider. Their own privacy terms apply to information transmitted through those services.

We aim to limit access to enquiry information and retain it only while it is reasonably needed for consultation, service delivery, record-keeping, dispute handling or legal obligations. No internet or communications system can be guaranteed completely secure, so avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information in an initial message.
